Antelope Canyon

Finally, here’s my last post from the trip to Arizona.  My favorite place was definitely Antelope Canyon.  It has been high on my list of places to photograph for quite awhile.  The peacefulness of the photos is in stark contrast to the experience of actually being there.  Considering the small size of the canyon, the number of people there during the “light beam” window is incredible.  I’d love to go back in the winter when there are supposed to be fewer crowds and softer / different light.  In any case, we had  a great guide, who did an amazing job of getting us in the right place at the right time and keeping extraneous people out of our images.

p.s.  I recommend clicking on the individual images to view them larger.

Great photos. Very dance-like forms and light.
